Subject: 23.3; XML parsing error
Date: Fri, 16 Dec 2011 15:00:57 +0100 ()
In GNU Emacs 23.3.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2011-03-10 on 3249CTO
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (4.5) --no-opt --cflags -Ic:/imagesupport/include'

In a buffer with only "<a/><!-- c -->" as content, without a final
newline, evaluating (xml-parse-region (point-min) (point-max)) results
in the error message "End of buffer".

After adding a newline character at the end of the buffer, the result
of evaluating (xml-parse-region (point-min) (point-max)) is the
expected ((a nil)).
