Either that, or make euidaccess/check_writable return success in such
cases.  After all, it is well known that on Windows the equivalent of
euidaccess (AccessCheck and its ilk) is even more of an approximation
than on Posix, due to implicit access rights granted through
membership in multiple user groups.
