Thanks.  So row `a' is a part of this line:

  Slot is the name of the slot when created by `defclass' or the label

truncated to have the same number of glyphs as row `b'.  Hmm...

Is this crash easily reproducible?  I tried I-searching eieio.el in
"emacs -Q", after setting scroll-conservatively to a large value, but
Emacs didn't crash.
