Hi Brad:

This also has been fixed with the latest push to the Hyperbole git repo.  To fix it, we had to change the doc id delimiters to '[-' and '-]' so they would not trigger in many contexts like the one you found.  Be sure to restart after you update your Hyperbole, if you choose to do so.  We will close this issue.

In orgmode, the Action key chooses the wrong type of action with a
link like the following:

[https://x.y.com/browse/BOO-5371][BOO-5371]]

actypes::link-to-doc: (doc-id-index-entry): You must set the
‘doc-id-indices’ variable first [2 times]

Playing with it a bit, it appears that the BOO-# pattern in the link
text (not the URL) triggers the link-to-doc action.
