Not exactly sure what you mean with "PR".
If you refer to the process of reporting bugs, making suggestions, sending
patches, etc., then please refer to the corresponding sections at:

If PR is meant as "(git) pull request": just plain patches are sent
to the mailing list(s). Please see:
