I tweaked the commit message to fit our norms, which mostly match 
the GNU ‘changelog’ style:

    gnu: at-spi2-core: Remove unnecessary test timeout.

    * gnu/packages/gtk.scm (at-spi2-core)[arguments]: Remove the
