Control: tags -1 + patch

Hi,

Our version was dated and too old for the upcoming packaging of
Gocryptfs in Guix.

Upstream has made no versioned releases since 1.0.2 despite a series
of breaking changes.

Rebuilds 3 packages. Thanks!
