I propose to remove some obsolete items from PROBLEMS.  Please see the
attached patch.

The removed items are about:

- epop3.el: A very old version. 1990's?
- BBDB: before 2.00.06, released 22 years ago.
- Hyperbole: A very old (pre-2004 at least) version.
- Semantic: before it was bundled with Emacs in version 23.2.
- Linux: kernel 2.6.10, released in 2004.
- Cygwin+GCC3: GCC4 was released in 2005.

Any comments?
