Apologize for a broken Restic by upgrading to 0.9.2 in
64140c95c89764a9fdc6a32ebd8c9476eab1d3bb

I probably forgot about my GUIX_PACKAGE_PATH which includes Restic with
disabled tests.  Good news I've found an environment variable to handle
our FUSE test problem.  The patch is attached below.
