I have considered to import ParseExcel and the patches attached here are
dependencies.

The last package, called OLE::Storage_Lite, has no license

The license field on the web site states "Unknown"

In the source code I couldn't find any license file

I don't know what this means and if it's acceptable for Guix

If it's not just drop it, please.
