This patch adjusts the description of 'hiawatha'.

We don't have the monitoring tool packaged at the moment. It was not
even mentioned by name. The entire second sentence was deleted.
The software has more than just those 3 features, but they are some of
the more unique ones.
The original description was very close to upstreams own description.
