FYI: Just build coreutils on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.11.5 (El Capitan) I think the results are excellent, only four tests failed and they were dealing with changing group file permissions. And El Capitan is “locked down” tighter than a “gnats ass” when dealing with permissions. I needed to turnoff “rootless” and munge the permissions on /usr/local to just get things to compile. So all in all only failing four tests is pretty darn good out of the box! name -a Darwin Donalds-MacBook-Pro.local 15.5.0 Darwin Kernel Version 15.5.0: Tue Apr 19 18:36:36 PDT 2016; root:xnu-3248.50.21~8/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64
